I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially after being upgraded to a club room in the newly improved section. The room was stylish, clean, and I appreciated being assigned a non-smoking room. The staff members were friendly and very helpful.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the downtown area and excellent restaurants, but the room I stayed in, while not luxurious, was disappointing due to its outdated feel and proximity to the pool. The service was fabulous, with the staff constantly ensuring everything was good and providing a welcoming environment with smiles and laughter. The dining options offered a wonderful selection of Western and Middle Eastern food, adding to the enjoyment of the stay. The facilities were adequate, but not exceptional.
